Jesus Broadcast to the Native Alaskans

We also spent an afternoon at the KIAM radio station sharing our testimonies on the air.

During the summers he and his wife, Dolores, hosted camps for the youth in the village. In 1980 they began to develop a Christian radio station. KIAM radio station was incorporated in Nenana, Alaska as a non-profit entity on September 7, 1983.  Lamon Bishop of Cornerstone Charities International went to Alaska with a team on several occasions to build houses, additional radio stations, and other buildings in the outlying areas of Alaska. In the summer of 2008 CCI took a team of twelve to do some extensive remodeling on Eldridge’s home, which was 25 years old.

Bob Eldridge passed away in 2010.  In the summer of 2012 CCI took a team to Nenana to help Dolores “winterize” her home.  We painted the exterior, cut and stacked firewood,  built a snow fence, and performed a few other odd jobs which helped Dolores to be ready for winter.
